Chief Revenue Officer

Assignment Objectives:
As CRO you will build the client engagement team and lead the engagements with our clients, the property owners. You will develop strong relationships and build Proptivity’s revenue base. Initial focus will be on the Swedish market, and from 2023 you will also lead the client engagements in Nordics and Baltics.

General Responsibilities:
The general responsibilities are to secure contracts with Property owners, to build the engagement teams in our target markets and develop process and tools for the unit.

The responsibility includes all key aspects of client qualification, client development, contract negotiation and contract management as well as the overall resource management and leadership of your unit.

Specific responsibilities:
  • Establish strong and trustworthy relations with property owners
  • Lead engagements and secure contracts
  • Build team, processes and tools to secure a world class client engagement model
  • Own the related KPIs and develop interfaces with other Proptivity units, e.g., for forecasting and material supply

The CRO reports to the company’s CEO.

As a candidate, you should have a proven high performance track record with at least 10 years of experience in Sales roles and more than 5 years in senior leadership roles.
Experience in smaller and more dynamic environments is a must and it is a merit if you have been selling into real estate sector and have experience from indoor mobile systems.

Personal skills:
The candidate shall have a high level of internal drive, be able to work in a team setting while still achieve results on his/her own. A no-excuse mentality with a high passion to win is desired. The person shall have good and clear communication skills both verbally and in writing.
