Mikael Lundman

CEO

Mikael Lundman has more than 20 years of international experience from Telecom and tech. He started at Ericsson in the late ‘90s and held various positions such as product management for mobile systems, Vice President in Japan and Korea and head of M&A function for Ericsson’s system business unit. Mikael was associate partner at McKinsey & Company within the TMT practice in the Stockholm and in Singapore. Mikael is an active angel investor and has been leading the establishment of Proptivity from 2021. Mikael holds a two Masters of Science degrees, from Royal Institute of technology (KTH) and Stockholm Business School.




Anders Björkman

Chairman of the Board


Anders Björkman has 35+ years’ experience in the Telecom and Financial industry. He has held CEO positions in extremely fast growing private and public companies listed in Sweden, the USA, Germany and Luxembourg, e.g. Netcom Systems AB and SEC SA (they merged to become Tele2 AB). He co-founded Argnor Wireless Ventures and subsequently joined BrainHeart Capital and worked with Venture Capital for 10 years. Thereafter Anders returned to co-found and run OnePhone holding AB for 10 years with operations in Sweden, Germany and the UK with venture partners KPN and BT. Apart from Chairman of Proptivity AB Anders is the Chaiman of Maven Wireless AB, Vinnergi AB and Elonroad AB and a Boardmember of Ovzon AB, Allgon AB and KebNi AB

Johnny Svedberg

Johnny Svedberg is a  telecom and IT industry leader with more than 35 years of international experience. Solid record of establishing and building fast growing multimillion Euro operations. Johnny has successfully established numerous companies in Sweden, throughout Europe and Asia with key executive director positions in international corporations, such as Tele2, Indosat Ooredoo, Teracom, NetCom and OnePhone. Johnny has also considerable experience from non-executive board positions in a number of companies, including three publicly listed companies in Sweden and Holland.

Thomas Björklund

Passionate tech leader with 27+ years of international experience in telecom, fixed and Mobile. Leadership experience on executive levels such as technology strategy director and Group CTO/EVP. Most of his career Thomas spent at the Tele2 Group. He held several board positions in companies and organizations related to the telecom industry. Thomas has also in addition been acting as independent senior advisor supporting Operators, Investors, Start-ups, Governments among others.

Tommy Ljunggren

Senior Advisor


​​​​​​​Tommy Ljunggren has 30+ years’ experience in the telecom industry from different roles in Telia Company Group in the Nordic & Baltics and in VEON Group (former Vimpelcom) with operations in 14 different countries. He held several Board of Director seats within the Telcom industry and was one of founding partners of the consultancy company Northstream (now part of Accenture). Apart from the work at Proptivity Tommy today works as an Independent Senior Advisor to vendors, operators, investors, industry organizations, startups and other organizations.

Viktor Augustsson

Viktor Augustsson has more than 7 years experience from Management Consulting and Business Development with a primary focus on digitalization in both the Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Equity Sector in the Nordics. Over the last 2 years, Viktor has specialized in indoor telecom and its implication on the real estate sector. Prior to Proptivity, Viktor held several advisory roles in Capgemini Invent, Stronghold Invest and Niam. Mr Viktor Augustsson holds a MSc from Lund University.

Morgan Curby

Morgan Curby has more than 25 years international experience from Marketing and Sales, mainly in Telecom and IT and with a focus on organizational and business transformation. He has been responsible for multimillion USD sales & marketing organisations globally in Ericsson as well as being reponsible for establishing new companies securing investments from likes of Telia and winning customer such as Softbank. Morgan has specialized on how to integrate and transform marketing and sales in the new digital world and holds MSc/BSc in Mathematics, Business and Economics.

Christopher Högberg

​​​​​​​Christopher Högberg has more than 7 years of experience from advisory roles and B2B sales, previously at start-ups but most recently from Newsec Capital Markets where he focused on Real Estate Transaction Advisory. Mr. Högberg holds a BSc from Berkeley College and a MSc from Stockholm Business School.

Fredrik Zetterlund

Fredrik Zetterlund has an extensive experience of successfully establishing new venture capital/private equity funded companies and operator partnerships within mobile communications, internationally and in Sweden. Over the last 20 years he was a founder/co-founder of BT OnePhone in UK, Spring Mobil in Sweden and OnePhone Holding, where he served as EVP and CEO of OnePhone Services. In addition, Fredrik is an investor and has served board member or advisor in telecom and other sector companies, including as a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Mr Fredrik Zetterlund holds an MSc from Chalmers University of Technology and an MSc from the School of Economics at Göteborg University

Sverker Åkerblom

Sverker Åkerblom is the CEO and Founding Partner of Niam Infrastructure. Åkerblom has 15 years of experience in energy and infrastructure investments, most recently from BlackRock, where he was founding member of BlackRock’s infrastructure platform and in charge of renewable energy investments in Continental Europe. Mr Åkerblom holds an MSc degree in accounting and financial management from Stockholm School of Economics.

Stein Hansen

Norway Leader


Stein Hansen has 35+ years’ experience in the telecom industry from various roles with technical as well as commercial and social responsibilities as CTO or CEO or within the HR or sustainability areas. He had key industry roles in the early development of 2G and 3G and was also NetCom’s first CTO in Norway. He has also had key industry roles with the GSMA. Most of his career, however, Stein has worked within Telenor group in various countries and in various top and middle management positions, in operational units as well as in group corporate staff functions. Apart from the work at Proptivity, Stein today also runs Opensky Consulting in Norway. Stein has an M.Sc. degree from the University of Trondheim.​​​​

Christoffer Lundgreen

Norway Sales


Christoffer Lundgreen has 16 years experience in B2B sales within insurance, wholesales and later software to commercial properties. He started out as a Sales Manager at Söderberg & Partners Insurance with an active role in the start-up and operation of NHO Insurance. He continued his career as CEO of a leading Norwegian wholesale company, Finn Clausen. In 2020 he was co-founder of a Norwegian Proptech startup in the segment of commercial real estate management, with the responsibility of the commercialisation within customers and investors. Christoffer has an International Shipping degree, from Kristiania University in Oslo
